The Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) define the basis on which you can use Deiarna
Travel and Tourism Elite discount Card. Please read them carefully as they contain
important information. By registering for an Elite discount Card, you are confirming that
you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms will always be
available on the Deiarna for Travel and Tourism website but discount card holders
are also welcome to keep a copy of the following terms for reference. These Terms relate
to your use of the discount Card only.
Firstly:
The promoter of the discount cards is Deiarna for Travel and Tourism By using the
discount card, you indicate that you accept these terms and that you agree to be bound by
them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not use your discount
Card. If there is anything you do not understand, please contact our customer service
department or by email

Certain products may be excluded from the discount card program. In such circumstances,
details of such excluded products will be available on our website
Third:
Deiarna Travel and Tourism Company reserves the right to change these terms from
time to time. Any such changes will become effective when posted on the Website and your
continued use of the discount Card will constitute your agreement to be bound by the latest
Terms.
Fourthly:
Discount cards can be purchased by contacting customer service or via the company's
website.
And when you buy your discount card, you will get the discount card price plus exclusive
offers and special promotions.
Fifth:
If you need to change any of the details you have registered on your discount Card, please
contact us with the changes you require and Please note that it is your responsibility to
inform us of any changes to your details.
Sixthly:
The dicount card can only be registered in the name of one individual.
Seventh:
The discount t card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or the time it was
registered, whichever comes first. You can also renew it through our website or through
our customer service team.
Eighth:
Once purchased, a discount t card cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or
traded in. If you purchased your debit card online or over the phone
And if you want to return the service within 24 hours from the date of the purchase, 75%
of the value paid from the credit card will be returned in the event that the membership
number is not received. Either in the case of receiving the membership number or
receiving the service, the full discounted value will not be returned.
Ninth:
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively and fairly as possible. If you wish to make
a complaint regarding any item in the Discount Card Program, please contact us
Tenth:
Data protection
When you purchase a debit card, if you have contacted us via telephone or e-mail, you
agree to be contacted by Deiarna Travel and Tourism to receive marketing
information applicable to the discount card. Information regarding any personal
information you may provide to us and how we use your personal information is detailed
in our Privacy Policy
eleventh :
If at any time you wish to cancel your discount Card, you may do so via Customer Card
Services and if you cancel your Discount Card (other than as provided in paragraph 9), you
will not receive a refund.
twelveth :
We reserve the right at any time and without notice:
1- Modify or abdicate any provision of these Terms from time to time
2- On a reasonable basis, withdraw or cancel Discount Cards, where reasonable reasons
must include (but not be limited to):
any misuse or attempted misuse of the Scheme; and/or any use or attempt to use the
Discount Card in a manner inconsistent with these Terms; and/or any reasonable
suspicion of dishonesty that you may have in relation to the Discount Card Program.
